Please review all documents attached to the email titled “Sundance 2024: Volunteer Assignment” before completing this form. All Volunteers should be aware of the information in our Volunteer Agreement, Lodging Agreement, Community Agreement, Position Description, and Lodging Expectation documents before completing this form.

The questions below are to help us better place you in Festival provided lodging. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, due to varying start dates and position locations, not all requests can be met. Volunteers should expect to share rooms. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Note: You and your roommate must BOTH request each other to be considered for placement in the same room. We can only accept one request and it is not guaranteed we will be able to accommodate it. When placing volunteers together, please keep in mind that your start and end dates MUST match each other to be able to room together.

Do you have any accessibility related accommodation requests? (medical, physical, environmental, communication, etc). Please provide as much information as possible so that our Guest Operations team can determine the ideal locations and solutions that best support your access.

Parking is extremely limited in Park City during the Festival. If possible, leave your car at home. However, we may be able to provide a very limited number of parking passes for your accommodations. There are no Festival Parking passes available.

Volunteer is aware that these are legal agreements between them and Sundance Institute and that they affect Volunteer’s legal rights.
