PARK CITY, UTAH – Ticket passes and ticket packages registration for the 2010 Sundance Film Festival is open! The Festival will take place January 21-31, 2010 with screenings and events in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. Registration for individual tickets will occur in November.
Festival goers should visit: http://festival.sundance.org/2010/boxoffice/
Registration is not first-come, first-served! People can take their time to register as long as they get online before the deadlines (Friday, October 9 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time for national public, Friday, October 2, 5:00PM Mountain Time for Utah Locals). Purchase times are assigned randomly.
A “FESTIVAL PASS” does not require any ticket selection. Patrons simply need to be seated 15 minutes prior to show time for any film presented within the restrictions of their particular pass dates/locations/time periods. Companions must have their own pass.
A “TICKET PACKAGE” requires ticket selection after films are announced (in late November). Selection times are during the first week of January. A patron may select one to four tickets per screening within the restrictions of their ticket quantity limits, dates, or geographic locations. And, since all Ticket Packages come with two Festival Credentials, they are ideal for sharing among couples looking to attend the Festival.
Actual purchases of passes and packages occurs in late October. Any leftovers (no registration required) will occur in November.
Individual ticket registration starts November 17.
